On occasion, I open my Bible to a random passage and read it. One day, I happened to open to this passage, and rather than just read it, I heard music in my head. I have learned that when this happens, I need to drop everything and write! That is how I wrote this particular piece.

This text speaks to giving thanks for God's love and mercy. It says we should not fear because His mercy endures forever. Passages like this are my favorites. This piece has eight parts and runs under four minutes. It is medium to advanced level with a short alto solo.
