Super Hero: When the Impossible Becomes Possible: MLD - P01

An intermediate level piano solo that was written originally for me to play. When I went back to college as a non-traditional student, finishing and becoming a professional musician honestly felt like an impossible dream. Slowly, I saw that dream becoming a reality. I wrote this piece for my senior composition recital. There are many nods to someone who was an incredible mentor to me including the title and the repeating 13/8, 2/4, and 11/8 time signatures. The piece runs just under 3:30.
